In addition to individual, therapeutic services, I offer workshops that are non-clinical in nature. These are spaces where connection and healing can happen, but are not necessarily in the realm of “traditional therapy”—for me, and the way I practice, there is much overlap however!

The basic principle I center when holding these spaces is that we are all deeply and intextricably intertwined, and that the traumas we see playing out on a grand scale in the world are held—in various ways—within all of us. As such, these workshops center the collective. Though some are topic-specific, I have found that these topics tend to resonate with people of various life experiences, ethnic backgrounds, heritages, etc…
